The following may be grounds to cancel a scheduled delivery:
- We will not be able to make deliveries to places with no transport ensured, irrespective of the number of local families registered on the list of beneficiaries.
- If a delivery volunteer was not granted access to the beneficiaries’ home. In case a volunteer finds circumstances which give rise to suspicion of possible fraud, he/she may decide to cancel the respective delivery.
- No family member/representative was found at the registered home address at the agreed delivery time.
- The phone number for the family was non-operational, with restricted incoming calls, or no one answered the phone or returned the call within the same day.
